I am curious as to how you did this one. If she had been holding the sparkler then she would have been blurred out, but, at the same time, anybody else running around in front of the camera would have been blurred, too...

The model is not holding anything. She just posed there for 20 seconds. The one holding the sparkler is wearing black thats why you cant see any reflection of him since light does not reflect on black materials or surfaces. You also have to run fast in order to cover the entire frame and to avoid leaving shadows or traces.
